Website : Click Here 13 Responses Annonymous December 11, 2013 I brought a flat in Sumkha Simhadri springs and they were quick in forcing me to payup. After 7 months they have not completed the works and i am suffering in paying huge EMI thinking i will rent out the place .They made a passage just to make the Front door point north and they never painted that for 7 months now. The balcony is still not painted, the main door polish isn’t finished. They have appointed some lady supervisor who thinks she is the owner and refuses to get the work completed saying we cannot complete painting works in just one flat. I mean where is the professionalism. They stole my CFL bulbs i fitted ,they have not handed over the duplicate keys and now i don’t know where i stand . They want maintenance when they haven’t even completed painting work. Please buy if you want permanent headache and if you own a free phone line you can keep calling them and nothing is going to move .I am just frustrated to the core calling so many times. I bought a flat from this builder in the year of 2012, which is first big deal of my life. I am giving these reviews on our experience with this real estate company who had given me a home with all the world class of amenities as well as luxurious living environments for my family. I have got a home which was really a dream in my life. Actually before I bought the home from AADHAR PROPERTIE builders, I visited so many builders office and discussed about their project. At that time I found some builder but still there were issues which were showing their unprofessional ism After that I got the information about AADHAR PROPERTIE which was really for the people who don’t have lot of money, to buy a quality and luxurious home. I have recently purchased a flat from Aadhar properties San emerging Real-estate builder in Bangalore. I was doubtful initially to go for a new builder if there could be problems. But I saw many reviews of the past customers on net and called and spoke to a couple of them. The company was providing the names of their satisfied customers. After talking to a few people and after clarifying my doubts I was almost convinced. I went ahead and bought a 2BHK flat with them near Sarjapura road. I felt satisfied with the price and also with the other features they were providing. The customer service is also good; they provide convincing resolution tomy queries. I also got some gifts from them which is more satisfying. Thanks. Big Frad. One peroson will be ther “Lokesh” he will talk nicely initially once you book, ask the papers then he immediately call his layer what about papers. the other side person will tell two days, that two days never ends. One worst lawyer will be there for then, he dont know anything to ask the mother deed papers we need to expalin everything, once 1 hour explanation finally he will ask what is the question. He should be in Zoo by mistake he is there in that office. One more facility from aadar properties is we can do price negotiation by giving the bribe, this is very comedy part. Ex: they will tell price 1400/sqft you end up discussion for 1350/- they say that is last, There is unofficial rate, if you give some 20k he will make it for 1300/psqt onlt, this kind of facilities available. The person name who handle like that is SUMAN and lokash. This honest review up to you, frankly I did not even get the papers still for my plot. Aadhaar is only a marketing partner and the builder is a corrupt people from Richmond and Celebrity. They have ran away from many projects without completing it. Eg, Surya iSplendour in Koppa Gate, Jigani. The Construction quality in this apartment is of very very poor and don’t get yourself into trouble.
