    This builder is “goonda” builder. This builder is building all flats with complete deviation. His project Grandeur in Devarachikkanahalli has 6 illegal flats in top floor. Serenity project didn’t handover documents & common amenities. On top of it he has sent his chelas to demolish front wall. Serenity owners got court stay for that work & because of these tussles one house does not have car parking. Builder is not helping that house now. Please don’t believe Rajagopal, Padmanaba Reddy, Rajesh, Gopi, Srinivasa Reddy etc etc people. All are cheaters.

    All those who wrote above good comments are employees of Aashraya not customers. This builders are worst builders who are constructing 100% deviated projects. All their marketing people promise you A khata whereas post sales they will not provide you any Khata. There are lot of issues pending from them on currently constructed Aashrayaa Serenity apartments in Nyanappanahalli, Begur Main road. To see reality please visit this apartment & listen to actual customers of them.
    They are not giving all amenities what they promised in their brochure. My best suggestion is not to buy any flats from them. In fact if you are thinking to do so directly talk to owner Rajagopal about issues like A Khatha, amenities & also if any promises by marketing people.

    excellent builder . they do what they promise they keep low margins and give you a very good price and their customer support is also good. and all they properties are free from legal hazzel .

    We bought 3 plots in Aero Springs from this builder, was very easy to deal with them, financing was done with LIC Housing who was lending partner for them. These are BIAAPA approved development, LIC people told us that they would not be providing loans if not, we also had the titles verified by an experienced lawyer. As somebody mentioned, it is now an investment property, with not much developments around it, we hope not much development comes that way to preserve the greenery and beauty of the location.

    Always the choice is individual, but I think this are is hyped by media and builders , I think that it will return good return only if this area is surrounded by SEZ..but when these proposed SEZ will be in Place ?

    Only considering Airport is not wise decision how many times we visit to Airport on average in the year hardly 10 times…

    As I said the choice is individual..but before investing in any property in Bangalore ,check all khattas and legal documents properly…and always go with bank approved property..
