I bought a home from their project in 2012 by giving a small amount of money. At the time of booking the flat when I came to their office to get information for buying process, I had many doubt in my mind, like shall I get the home at that time or not, quality will be up-to the mark or not, etc. But by their friendly approach with their customers and by their positive answer to my all questions I got internal satisfaction. In December 2012 I got our home which I booked in 2011 with good quality of design as well as world class amenities. Their sales manager is really helpful person who helped us in any problem that we had. I want to say thanks to all the people of amoda valmark builder. It is offering the choice of 2 and 3 bedroom apartments on size varying from 1349 sq. ft to 1815 sq. ft. Reply homyho February 12, 2010 When I saw their project on bannerghatta road – amoda, the quality was good and well planned. very spacious apartments. Their plan for common amenities is also very good… but the only -ve i see is the completion.. havent seen much progress in the last 6 months in the bannerghatta road project. Could you please provide me more details about the builder and the current price trends at this location. Any input would be highly appreciable. Thank you Reply sesaw March 12, 2009 I went today and saw the site..It has a problem in open area which is only 40% as compared to 70-80% any good builder provides. The approach road being very narrow,the builder did not get approval to construct more than 6 floors. To compensate for this loss, he is creating 8 towers in a 3 Acre space.. I am sure it will look like concrete jungle… Reply njreddi January 21, 2009 I guess they must be good as they are the builders who built the Manyata Techpark in Hebbal. I have seen their project Amoda in Kammannahalli(2kms from Meenakshi Temple on B’ghatta road) and it was a good project. The flat layouts were pretty good & most of them vaastu compliant too with good carpet area. The amenities were also well planned.
