When I had visited to their office, they very confidently took us first to their model flat in sarjapur road which looked really very livable and navigable, stylish, with world class of amenities and quality base product in whole building. The tiles used for flooring seemed to be of good quality and the bathroom fittings looked very elegant and also height adjustable kitchen. I am sure building construction as well would be completed within promised time by AR Group Reply Arun sharma October 7, 2013 I want to say thank you so much AR Group builder for their help and service in building my home in Bangalore. The building experience was without stress, as well relaxed and we would not mind to come back again in future. I can’t thank you enough for this good home which looks like it’s designed just for us. To our site supervisor; your knowledge in the building industry is faultless once again you have made this project so easy for happy people. In all ways from being available to meet us on site to the many phone and email conversations we have had and giving us answers back so quickly. Thank so much AR Group builder. Reply VEENA MACHLIN b October 2, 2011 I have had a really bad experience dealing with AR GROUP . I booked an apartment, after they promised that they will return the whole amount if I cancel it in 7 days. As the design and the location was not feasible for my family, I had to cancel it and I communicated the same at the end of the 4th day itself. Ever since that day, I have been chasing them for returning me the money I had used for booking the amount. They never respond to the call, say people are not available and when we reach the right person, say that they are not aware of the transaction etc. Later on consistently chasing them, one day they said they have sent the courier, but I understood that it was only another lie they used to avoid calls from me. I have now taken up the legal route to get that money back from them. Please do not approach AR GROUP in case you was convenience and peace of mind. They lack professionalism, organization and act like cheats. I am sorry I had to write this piece about someone. Reply Ravi Teja1 August 25, 2010 We have purchased one 2bhk flat in AR GROUP in SR HOMES Flat No 304 with area of 1135sqft after lots of searches for a good home we decided on AR GROUP Property due to the features offered for the price within our budget. We are very happy we have made good selection as we find AR GROUP quite comfortable and very Supportive.very thankful to Builders Mr.Abdul Salam.
