This property developer has planned, designed, and executed many residential projects in different parts of Bangalore like Sharavathi a luxurious and elegant housing project located near Vijaya Bank Layout in Bannerghatta. This project comprises of 36-2BHK flats with super built-up area. Other projects of Arvind builder and developer are Sowparnika in Arekere, Bannerghatta, Arkavathi located in ITPL, Nethravathi and Kapila, another projects located in Bannerghatta, Cauvery and Kabini in Kadirenahalli Petrol Bunk. After staying their in they get to know how bad construction that building is. Nota good layout at all . My friend thinking he get into a trap. So in my point of view these are cheaters nothing more than that. Reply Priyanshi November 6, 2014 Arvind Builders getting consecutive negative feedback because of their less effort over customers need, however it seems what kind of this real estate is! In such builder all projects having less or more problem because of their improper planning. friends I am Priyanshi want to state about this builder, having all virtual records which are not going to full fill as soon as you want. So be care full and make proper planning to find your desired home. Thanks!!!!! Reply Charly November 3, 2014 If propertyscam is the major concern with real estate it means they don’t have any reputation over their field because fraud is not a part of our laborious earned money. Arvind builders are directly targeting those people who having less knowledge about real estate or who can not get proper information via internet. If we talk about Arvind’s project, except one or two project most of having problem either it relates to their amenities or their land area. He has done a great job by buying a home in Arvind Builders at such a reasonable price which is unbelievable for me and my relatives. We are highly satisfied with the construction process and quality based materials used for the construction purpose. I do think that any builders can give such kind of flat with world class amenities in such reasonable price. Not only all the customers are happy with our family in dream home. First and foremost, you can feel confident that you are getting the right system in place. Second, you do not need to worry about whether or not it was correctly installed, and you can enjoy the benefits for years to come. Since you should not have to replace your system often, it pays to get the job done properly the first time. Reply mhn_mys March 28, 2012 This is my first review in this forum. I want to share my honest and genuine experience here. Rest decision is in your hands. I bought a 2 bedroom house in ARVIND’S ARKAVATHI , KR Puram, Bangalore around 8 months back. I came to know about this flat only through a friend of mine. However I made the decision of buying it as it was a ” Ready-To-Occupy ” flat that I will save rent. Being from a middle class family I dont have much money hence I did not have much choice of apartments. Now, if you ask me about good things in the apartment, I can say it looks decent! Coming to the bad things, 1. The borewell for which they took money and said was working is actually dried and we are getting water from a rented water supplier!! 2. The public water supply for which they have taken the money has not gone to government, hence no water connection was made to our apartment 3. This one is most annoying and frustrating problem I am facing which is ” The Ceiling Seepage “. From day one our dining and kitchen ceiling is having dampness due to the plumbing issues. I have almost called the builders (Mr. Ashok and Mr. Sathish ) daily during all this time but for no resolution of the actual problem. I am at Onsite now and I can not call them as regularly as I did and also I can not watch them while they do ” Some Work Around ” to keep me silent. They have done all sort of cosmetic things to wipe my eyes but the ” actual problem is leaking pipeline ” which they are not doing due to cost involved. I have attached the photos of the ceiling for reference of any prospective buyer who wants to see and then decide! Sorry, no other issue can be photographed and shown you know… 4. The Car Park was not allocated by builder since there was no sufficient space. Instead our apartment people distributed among themselves peacefully which I will appreciate with great respect. The builder escaped at the right time!! Few minutes before I actually started writing this review, For the first time I shouted on him (Mr. Sathish) and I said that I will go to Consumer Court . He calmly replied that I can go and he will try to prove that there is no leakage at all !!! This is how things work in our country and I can say that this happens with many other things in our life as well! Mistakes can happen by any builder while constructing, but a Good Builder is one who takes the Rsponsibility, Accepts and Fixes the Problem . In that sense, Arvind Builder is simply giving reasons and Staying Away from all the problems he created . Finally, if you ask me, please be away from this builder . Dear Readers, I want your suggestions for me and also please tell me the process to approach the consumer court in this regard. Thank You.
