First we need to pay the money on per the square feet and after this we need to pay the other charges, these charges will be very much high compare to the other builders also. when we ask about this they will come up with the all excuses like this is because of late approvals from Govt. They will make lot of promises at the time of booking but at the time of execution they will escape like dogs by saying some stupid reasons.
