Reply prakash May 7, 2013 Bhagini developer is a one of the fraud developer. I recomend never go to it. My brother took plot from in the name of BBMP ‘A’ katha. Finally its landed in to agriculture land(Revenue land). Before buying plot u get all bogus/fake documents, made it like its very genuine one. But those documents are fake one. My brother purchased believing all these kind of documents finally ended up with agriculture land. If you got bhagini developer offer, u will treated as very respected manner, offering coffe/tea, other drinks. Once the land sold u are treated like dog. Few of private banks are tied up withe these kind of fake developers, these bank authority are bribed by these developer and shown as bank loans available. Even if give call over phone also not responded properly. Still any body want to buy and with this bogus/fake developer better fallow below steps, i will come to know the real facts. 1. Shown all Documents with SBI approved lawyers. 2. Raise the RTI (Right Information Act) about all the genuine documents and doubts about land. 3. Consult 3 to 4 good known well experienced advocates about the property. Don’t end up with these kind of fake/bogus developer. All these are facts seen by me. These kind of fake developers Major target on IT people. Little bit verification effort stop to fall in to big pit.
