That location is very attractive, that is why I invested money their, But after one month I came to know that was a illegal construction. Now i need my money back. Reply Sunil November 6, 2014 I am working in MNC company for last 8 years in Bangalore, last 6 days back i visited BM Developers to know about there projects and all the things, i came bcak to home again i went discuss with them and they took me for site visit i went with them after seeing site i am not that much happy if u wont’s to say means its like better, then they explain about there project plan after coming back from site, project plan also its good but i am not that much happy i excepting more from BM Developers . Reply Priya November 5, 2014 This is Priya Narayan. I am facing list of issue after booking my home on BM Developers. In one year of duration I had got three demand of more than one lack for paying. I asked more than ten times for the property documents, but in place of giving it they will make a new date to ask. From starting they are saying the construction will start but still there is only ground. Reply Sandeep January 11, 2016 Bm Developers is a cruel builder, has troubled me also for payments, they actually are hooligans and demand payment, even if respective floor not completed and do not deliver the project on time Reply Manoj Narya October 19, 2013 My family is very happy in our home after living from a rent flat, which has been done by a one and only reliable builder who is making the home in very reasonable cost price. In July 2013 I have bought a 2 BHK flat from BM Developers residential Construction Company in 24 lacks. I have got so many world class amenity like the good parking space, good large window for the fresh natural air &nature light, children play area, landscape garden etc. The quality of construction is really fantastic and unbeliever in only that much cost price. I am thankful for come to this builder to book our flat. It will be memorable in my life time to deal from BM Developers dedicated and honest builder. It may be relevant to state here that most of the sites in Victorian view are owned by NRIs thus the said persons taking advantage of the said status of domicile are indulging illegal activities including Fabricating and creating documents and records only to defeat the rights of the site owners. The Hon’ble court having heard the case has granted the interim order the copy of which is enclosed herewith. Interim order in OS 1667 of 2012 by the Hon’ble Jr Civil Judge Court in favour of the undersigned. In the circumstances it is requested your kind self to aid & honour the order of the Hon’ble court and effectively implement the order of protection passed by the Hon’ble court.
