Website : Click Here 2 Responses khosebk October 12, 2012 I am also longing for possession since May 2011, and also have the similar experience, whenever we enquire for OC they say it is expected at the month end. this false assurance they are giving since May 2011 (a date of possession committed in sale agreement). the builder should compensate us for the inconvenience and loss we are suffering by his not giving the possession as per date of agreement entered. in addition to that as per agreement the maintenance has to be paid for 12 months only, but now he demanding & collecting for 2 years. and also the service tax and VAT is added without any detailed information. if we would delayed the instalment, builders would have penalised us with interest for delayed payment. at site the evasive reply are given and at HO no phone call is attended. why not to complaint to consumer forum/ISO against builders ? Reply acme2810 August 25, 2012 I’ve booked the Flat in new construction from Dosti Group in 2009 and possession as written in aggrement signed copy was May 2011. At present I have not got the possession of my flat. Builder or its representive in sales office are reluctant to share any exact or specific reason behind the delay in gettin OC. When ever I go to check with the OC status, they always specify or give reason as we are expecting the same in next month. This is now continued from May 2011 till date. There is no formal letter send with regards to delay. Hence I can say they are not following ISO for their process. They are allowing people to stay by clearing the pending dues and taking in writting not to stay in the flat but can just take the control for any furniture or interior work, but verbally they are say to stay without any hesitation. When we ask about OC they bluntly say you will not get OC. Now from past few months I’m getting MSEB bills to pay, though I’m not staying there. I’m really confuse and need help in getting a solution to this issuse. It is frustrating and annoying situation all together to us. Please help. My contact no. is 9892270060 Thanks well in advance.
