I heard that the situation has improved and that Embassy will do the cleaning of the lake. Reply ramesh May 20, 2012 This property is situated in front of the most polluted lake in Bangalore. The air stinks here all day. People suffer due to various skin diseases, mosquito problem is horrible. In rainy season all the sewage water from the near by village ends up in your garage since there is no storm water drain constructed by authorities. There is an ongoing dispute with the residents of Suncity regarding the only access road that ia available to this property. Please do not fall by just looking at the fancy brochure and website, please look around and talk to the people of this neighborhood.
