Website : Click Here One Response Ajeet Sekhavat December 27, 2013 In September 2011 I booked a flat on ferns estate developers by giving the eighty thousands as the booking to ferns estate developers Construction of the building had completed in March 013. After completing it they had increased the price of the flat three lacks more and now the price has become 32 lacks. When we asked the reason of it they told it is the registration and tax charges.
