It is one among the completed projects of Srisaila Developers. It has lavish yet thoughtfully designed residences. The project was completed quickly and now it’s ready to occupy. Basic amenities the project offers are Garden, Recreation facilities, maintenance staff, security, club house, community hall, swimming pool, gym and much more. The experience of living here is great with vitrified tiles on the floor and wonderful kitchen, toilets and baths. This is a wonderful opportunity for anyone since the price for value is what materializes here. But they are real face you can see if you will go for visit to their office. I went to their Hormavu project. Simply a dump yard location and for that location they are charging too much. When asked for the legal documents their executive told first book a flat here then after they will show me all the documents regarding legal. So it was not a justified answer for me, that is the reason i left from there. Elena March 27, 2015 Yes, Mr. Tammay you are absolutely right. The Hormavu project of GNR royal builder is waste. They are the layer, by saying to customer that government is deciding to do some project there. But i got to know this is not truth, for selling the prelunch project they are manipulation customer mind.
