The Godrej Properties Limited is the first real estate company to get the ISO certification. Godrej properties has real estate ventures and project spanning in almost all the cities. The Godrej properties have has crossed over 8 million square meters of space. In order to create the best landmark projects the company has jointly collaborated with the best name sin the real estate industry. The major aim of the company is to deliver superior class of infrastructure to its clients and also they aim on adding value to their stakeholders which is only possible because of their extraordinary and a top class of imaginative space drafted out of intricate customer focus and insight. The attitude is take it or leave it. What the hell can you do? Reply Kevin Dsouza August 18, 2016 My view of Godrej Property – Pune when I placed my order to book a premium 3 bedroom apartment was very good and very professional. Over the years staff have moved on and I am appalled the way they treat customers. Simple changes which is documented on email not to do – me taking responsibility becomes a big issue with them. They informed me to take possession of the flat when construction work was still going on. It was so bad that they could not even show me my own flat at that time. At the time of final handover, I requested if I could differ maintenance charges and pay it yearly instead of 2 years in advance. Firstly they quoted 5K per month for a 3 bedroom flat in Pune which in my opinion is very high (I agreed to this). They agreed and then later said that the keys would not be handed over till the 2 year advance payment for maintenance was done. I had to write several emails regarding this but their attitude was very poor and sounded threatening. I paid a super premium price for the apartment but their personal skills in dealing with customers are extremely poor. It could be just be the staff in Pune? I would like to think so. My view take it or leave it but be cautioned. Reply Gopal Krishna July 1, 2015 We got a 2 BHK flat from the Godrej woodsman Estate. we purchased the flat for high price. But we are happy, now we are leading a Luxury life. Their customer service is excellent. The provided more amenities like swimming-pool, Clubhouse, children play area etc. I’m suggesting anyone those who are looking for home with my personal experience. Hope they will make some drastic change in the real estate field which is very needed thing for the people. Because so many real estate company are cheating people.
