This property developer has completed 6 residential projects namely Shruthi Nivas; Comforts; Shree Nivas PHI; Shree Nivas PHII; Vistas; and Shanti Nivas all located in major locations of Bangalore City like E-city, JP Nagar, and many other places. Presently, they have 4 ongoing residential projects and few of them are Sankalpa, Brundavan, etc and 1 ongoing commercial project called Sneha Complex. They are very unprofessional and they will ask for bribe to do everything stating that they have to give it to government officials for which they will not give any receipt. Worst part is that after taking the money they will not even respond to the customers. One word which defines their process is CHEATING. I am really disappointed. Just a note of advice, but the problem we have is that where to go, we are really helpless. Reply sirisha April 25, 2016 I have booked the both 2 BHK flat. I have bought in good, affordable price. Actually previously, I booked a plot, after booking a flat I have satisfied and I’m very impressed with their innovative Ideas and booked the flat for investment purpose. Reply keshab November 6, 2014 After booking a flat you will face the true colour of GR construction . They will never speak to you properly. GR construction never tell you the date of possession . Many people face same problem a i am posting this. Their completion date are not same if you speak to their CC and SE. Reply varunjith PP April 15, 2014 We had a 2BHK apartment GR Comfort (JP Nagar). Water facility is not good in this apartment. The carpet area is so less, most of the area is occupies by walls and cupboards. The furniture which they used in our apartment is of poor quality. This is one of the worst builder i had ever seen in my life. People be aware before owning a flat from GR Constructions.
