    All the doubt regarding authenticity of land, and land lord, Ittina builder is not clarified though the down payment is more.I am not satisfied with the clarifications and looking forward to get all the documents.I would request that all other member should clearly mention to the customers regarding all the updates of the project else i am planning to cancel my flat very soon.

    Ittina group HOSA road project is completely bluff. Now this project is on never ending position and people are asking for possession. Those people who have put your money in this project forget it. And those people who wants to buy flats from Ittina group please never think also . you know why , these people are not cheaters or fraud, they are more than that

    ITTINA ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS. DO NOT GIVE THEM EVEN ONE RUPEE OF YOUR HARD EARNED CASH FOR BUILDING SAVE. YOUR MONEY AND A WHOLE BUNCH OF STRESS LOOK ELSEWHERE. ANY GOOD COMMENTS ARE BIG TIME FAKE.

    PREVIOUS COMMENTS ABOUT MAHAVIR ILLEGAL 5TH FLOOR WERE TAKEN CARE OF BY PAYING FINE TO BDA.

    TAKE A LOOK AT HOW MANY COMPLAINTS THEY HAVE AGAINST THEM IN THE KARNATAKA CONSUMER COURT http://kscdrc.kar.nic.in/

    Dear any body had got the possession of the flat in HOSSA road project if this builder. I had called many time to their cc people but they are not res poncing properly. i want to know how many people has got it because they are telling who cost of the flat is not due for them they had given.

    Hi Nayan, You asked a good question.. Can any one please tell the current asking price of a completed 2 bhk flat in Ittina Mahavir?

    The builder is still selling constructed houses for 2500 per sq ft. i.e. for 919 sq ft flat it is little less than 23 Lacs. However, those who already purchased flats before are trying to get out of the deal as there are problems in forming the co-operative society with each one trying to make money where ever they can.

    Some residents have got better rices an sold off already @ 2800 per sq ft. but since Jan 2013, real estate prices have started falling in Bangalore, although no broker will want to say that.

    Resaon being: IT industry has peaked off (infosys results are not very good, HP is not hiring for the last 2 years, etc etc)

    Coming to the point, Ittina construction is one of the worst quality. Leakages are abundant, painting is not good quality, dampness on walls causing health and breathing problems.

    Ittina cannot be compared to nearby Concorde Manhattans or GVK Ecosphere which have quality in them.

    Some residents still get eviction notices from PNB !!! .. and are forced to run and beg of the builder to square up the mortgage.

    The 5th (fifth) floor is illegally constructed .. or so I’ve heard. Therefor the fifth floor can be demolished any day as approval for ground + 4 floors only has been given.

    Now you can guess the value of Ittina Mahavir !!! .. I would say sell it at the current value to the 1st customer and reinvest elsewhere.
