Its Arun Kumar from Bangalore, I am looking for flat in Bangalore i had plan to book flat in JJC Developers and Constructions but seeing by all reviews i am confuse knowing to me its problem dealing with JJC Developers and Constructions, customers are not happy in this builder i think better to avoid this builder (JJC Developers and Constructions) and i will move to another builder. Reply Simanchal T October 31, 2014 Hi, JJC construction and developers has 10 year experience in cheating people without getting caught, is now helping to cheat more innocent bangalorians. Their lake vihar 2 project which is located in East Bangalore near Krishnarajapuram is completely a fake project even they neither have proper land documents nor any approvals for it. The floor plan they are showing is a copy with a few modification from their previous lake vihar 1 project, don’t invest your hard earn money on these cheaters. They are claiming the land acquired by JJC to be theirs… How true is this… JJC folks do you have any answer to this…. It is too much Reply JJC Developers February 8, 2013 Every customer is having his own lawyer and every layer verified the documents and after his approval only the customers has purchased his flat in Lake Vihar-II Project. So that reason we have mention 100 lawyers has verified the all documents and given positive opinion about the projects. Reply Arjun November 7, 2012 Please be careful with this builder. There is no committment from the builder. Have the documents checked by a lawyer and verify if the documents are not forged one. All the best to any buyers. The property is attractive but has lots of risks involved once handed over to BBMP. As per the customers commitment only we had completed those projects in time. And coming to Lake Vihar-2, more than 100 lawyers had verified all the documents related to the property and given a Positive Legal Opinion on the Project. Major Banks also approved like –SBI, LIC, AB, PNB, and India bulls.
