Website : Click Here 2 Responses Amaranath December 3, 2014 My brother paid 1Lakh for the plot in Lotus, they did not proceeding further with registration process, after 2 months they informed us that they cannot proceed further because of some issues, and gave a check which was bounced. Mohammed,Sales manager, is giving wrong information and collecting money and finally denying to register. Do not believe this builder Reply Kunal April 15, 2014 One of the worst builder i have ever seen is JS Homes. At the time of booking their Saritha Elegance project which is in marathalli, i had been told by their sales Manager that 25% down payment you need to pay now after getting the possession you need to pay the remanining amount. But after 1 year of booking they asked me to pay the remaining amount, but i denied it as i did not get the possession. They forcibly cancelled my flat with out giving an interest.
