Website : Click Here One Response SRS April 21, 2014 Kanakia Spaces Eternity: Although the building construction is ok, the builder did a lot of alterations from the original plan which he had shown. On one of the 6 towers he constructed additional floors making it a 17 storey tower instead of 7 as per original plan and thus consumed up all his FSI. A land portion originally marked for the apartment complex he illegally used as a parking lot for the adjoining mall. Then he illegelly started building a 7 floor structure on this land. Society had to move the Supreme court, where it is still pending, and construction has stopped but all slabs have been completed on the structure. And obviously the builder hasnt conveyed the land to the Society yet, no OC so far either.. stay away from these guys, they are a bunch of greedy crooks who will go to any extent to make extra money..
