There are issues with every builder in Bangalore , but keerthi has supermacy among all builder that how to cheat.
The main problem is there construction quality , keerthi chalet project is not being handled yet and there are cracks is appeared in building and construction debris is started falling down from top floor .

Many apartment projects in Bangalore have some or other problems. We all know. But Keerthi Estates is an extreme.

I live in the Gardenia project, which is not completed even after 6 years of launch. Though we took posession 3 years back, builder still has some legal stuff pending and some civil work. Everytime there are only excuses.

“False Promise” is the key word for Keerthi Estates. These guys are least bothered about customers.

Apart from that quality of construction is another problem, mainly because of poor management of Bangalore projects. They dont have qualified staff.

If you want peace of mind, keep away from Keerthi Estates …

i i am one of the house owners in Keerthi Chalet in Horamavu. The project is running very much delayed and it is the case with all Keerthi projects. They are worst kind of people that they have little care about the owners nor the safety concerns. On top of it it is very difficult to meet the owners and all the requests are to be routed to Sudha who is a arrogant lady. She will just call to ask for the money but if we write mails are ask about meeting Anil / Bhupal reddy she will have scant respect. On top of it the quality is very poor and the engineers are really bad and keep doing silly mistakes without considering any safety or aesthetics aspect. My humble request is that please be very careful dealing with these kind of scrupulous builders.

    Hi All,

    Keerthi builders is cheater ..
I have flat at keerthi gardenia, booked at the time of opening but now i can say entire quality is so worst that i never seen such big project should have so much of issues.

    1. Non of the wall is straight( inside or outside) (you will end-up by paying more while doing wood work).
2.electric fitting is very bad and missing requested additional points (they have taken money for each extra point). fittings are wrongly placed and now for every correction they are asking money saying what we have requested is at the same place. they told fittings will be of anchor but not sure what they have used within first month switches has broken. every thing is running on single MCB you will see multiple MCB has been installed for shows.
3.till the building is not fully accommodated, but we can see bathroom, kitchen and drawing room walls has seepage.
    4. there is no opening for water to go out from balconies.
    5. door quality is so bad if you want to put eye piece entire door will get crack.

they have never used any technology to build such big building still you can visit the site and see old style mixer running to build big Tower B slab.

if you have any queries please visit the site and talk to people who are staying there right now.

Dear in 2008, I bought a flat in Bangalore from Keerthi Estates .We started living in this from 2 Oct 2008, after 8 month of bought the flat. At that time half of the amenities like light fitting, tiles fitting in kitchen , space for parking etc. was not completed, they told us don’t worry all these remaining amenities will be complete within 6 month so we started living in our flat. Now the 3 year has been over still these amenities have not yet been completed. All customer of this project have gone three to four times in Keerthi Estates Office. But they are repeating same thing give us some time, we have paid total amount of flat, and I think they will never complete the remaining work. Keerthi Estates are cheating all the customer of project.

I have booked a flat in Bangalore, from Keerthi Estates Builders. During the booking all basic amenities were promised and charges were levied accordingly. The Property is not even a year old. We were promised by Keerthi Estates water supply and it’s over 4 months that we have booked the flat and many people have even moved in, but till now there is no water supply. Water is supplied using tankers. Some residents have complained about the slimy layer of yellow muck deposits on the utensils on usage of such water. Residents buy canned/bottled from surrounding shops as drinkable water. All the flats right from the top floor (4’th) are leaking heavily. Majority of residents have received flats with broken tiles and Kitchen platform cracked, All hinges and screws are rusted.

I have purchased a flat in Keerthi Estates Pvt Ltd and I have paid the entire amount as per the allotment agreement which was construction linked. At the time of possession builder is demanding the interest saying your plan was not contruction linked and you were supposed to pay the amount with in 90 days of booking. Builder is not giving the possession and saying pay the interest when actually nothing is due from me. Now i am facing harassment by the Keerthi Estates, Unnecessary Interest charge by the builder,

Hi, I am Akash Arora I have purchased a flat at Keerthi Estates in the year May-2010, we got the registration of the flat. Mutation and conversion was done after one year, where they had promised me to give possession of my flat by end of 2011, but then they postponed it by one and half year, and now Keerthi Estates peoples are saying we are not able to give before 5 to 6 years for possession or you can take your money back, without interest, else you may go and do whatever you want to do. they are such a big cheater, I’m planning to giving all details to all media, if any one want’s to join with us please be contact us.

In the year of 2009 I purchased a 2 BHK flat from Keerthi Estates .Now I am also a victim of this cheater builder and is cursing the decision i took to buy from such a builder. Within 6 months there are cracks all over the wall and window / door frames. The edge of the floor tiles have started chipping off. I doubt what quality tiles Keerthi Estates builder has used in the construction. Same is the quality of sanitary fittings used in Building. The finishing and plastering are pathetic in total building of the project. In building of Keerthi Estates are also other issues like allotment of parking lots, bore wells, amenities etc.

Keerthi Estates builders are one of the worst builders in Bangalore. It’s a humble request to all not to consider them. Their political nexus only keep them going however they l Unprofessional approach. They do not complete projects and not fulfill promises made. They do not even bother to respect the agreement. Just visit Keerthi Estates Project and the project is still not finished after 6 years. Its possession was due 3 years before. GOD saves all of us from Keerthi Estates builders unfortunately, our media does not want such news and they are unable to help the people.

Did you book the flat? At what rate? Are you done with all the legal verification?

      • Aarthi

        Hi Alok,
Which tower have you booked? I enquired and got to learn that they are yet to get approval for floors from 14 thru 18

        Any idea about that?
I think they are also charging for floor rise of 50 per floor. Otherwise how is the builder? Which banking institutions have approved this project? Any information on this would be appreciated.

      • Alok

        Aarthi,

I have got good word of mouth from my friends for the builder as many of them were staying in the builder earlier project but obviously they are not tier 1 builder and it will be way to go for them. When I booked at that time they got approval till 9th floor only, it seems BBMP is releasing the approval once they fulfill some prerequisite.I paid 25rs psft as floor rise. I think still sbi has not approved the project whereas Hdfc,LIC and some other private banks has approved the project.

        ~Alok

      • Aarthi

Hi Alok, Which block have you booked? Have they got approvals for all the floors. Last I heard is that they are in process of getting approval for 15-17 floors

Booked one in Keerthi Royal Palm @ 2925/- back in Dec` 11.Initially market person (Sandeep) told the completion date to be Mar 2014 for A&B Blocks. But as per agreement its July 2014 ofcourse with 3 months of possible extension.
Considering there dead slow progress in last 11 months, dont think they can even delievery by 2015.
Not even sure if they provide all amenities what they have highlighted in Brouchers.
