KSR Group of Companies is one of the real estate builders who is incorporated under Companies Act of 1956. Their registered office is at Hyderabad and has branches at Bangalore, Chennai, and Vizag.

This group of companies has diversified portfolio such as development of properties, infrastructure projects and many more.

KSR Properties Builders has successfully launched its international standard premium villas 57 Villas in 14 acres of Land on the Foothills of Rushikonda at Visakhapatnam.

They have also completed 2 apartment projects and 1 villa project; currently, they have 2 ongoing apartment projects, 1 row house project and 2 villa projects. This property developer also has proposed shopping mall in Bellary Road and has upcoming leisure homes near new International airport.

    There are many problems in KSR properties…they don’t have skilled engineers as well as don’t have the capacity to manage contractors…apart from poor quality…the management is a fraudulent company…they don’t deliver what was promised…the corpus fund…parking allotment and common year handover is still pending to be completed in their chennai project even after three years of individual flat handover…the MD RAMANA Reddy doesn’t even have the guts to visit the project and the management in bangalore doesn’t share his number

    All the doubt regarding authenticity of land, KSR company is clarified, though the down payment is more, I hope all will be done in time. ReaIly i am very satisfied with the clarifications and looking forward to get all the documents.

    Its Ram I am very happy to speak about KSR Properties, I got marry newly after marriage i have a plan to buy plot, i discus with my family they also agreed. so i stared to visit builders one of my friend saw this builder and told to me ones you try in this builder they have so many projects from last 6 to 9 months i taken time to search good builder then finally i went with my family and friends to KSR Properties they cleared our all doubts and make us Happy with our Dream home.

    Coming to my experience with KSR properties. When i booked a flat they told me that the possession will be with in 6 months. Now almost one year finished they are making so much delay in construction. Whenever i go there i will find only few workers over there. I made a big mistake in choosing this builder.

    Horrible construction at KSR Crimsom tide, Hebbal. Even a road side contractor would have done a much better job. I really wonder how the quality shall be for Cordelia. Please have a look at Crimsom tide before booking at Cordelia. And the delay is unimaginable.

    Block “A” work is in full swing.
    This is the best property in Dasarahalli. Construction quality is also good.

    Any one have update on KSR Palatial Abode? This is the raw house coming near Budigere cross, old madras road.

        I had a plan to book one. Finally cancelled due to some dissatisfaction. Thank god it happend fr good only b’coz they have not done anything there. If they delay the start by 1 year,possession will be after 5 years!!!!! If I haven’t mistaken. So I bought a villa from a local builder n it worked good for me. Reputed builders charge double the money n wont give possession in time.. But if you go with a local builder with good name they will give you affordable price with good quality.

      Hi Harsha,
      I don’t think people are as aggressive as you to market projects. You are doing it for Pruksa Silvana. You degrade other neighborhood projects as if Pruksa is the great project. But people are not aware that end of the day they only get hot suns face and blame themselves for falling in the Thailand dry well listening to you.

    Tower A few flats are as per Vastu, Tower B – not, but having lake view for back side flats

    Where did you get this information? I called them up and they quoted 4400 /- (negotiable) but I doubt negotiation will take it to 3750 /-

    Cordelia looks to be good Investment ,Good Location

    Looking at the master plan, I feel there might be problem with the sunlight and ventilation for the 2 BHK flats and some 3 BHK internal facing flats.

    It’s Good Investment. Location is very good near to Rachanahalli Lake. Karle City /SEZ is near by.
    Very soon prices are going to shoot up in this area. I guess 6000 Rs + /Sq ft by end of 2014.

    KSR Cordelia has got approved by HDFC & LIC HFL as well recently.

    Visited the project on 10th Feb. Happy to see that 2 Excavators and 2 / 3 Dumpers are being used and excavation is in full swing.

    Visited the project today and please to post below developments;

    A. Initial work of excavation has started.
    B. Beutification of Rachenahalli Lake, beside the project is in full pace.
    C. Price is set to be revised from 1st Feb, 2012 – discussed with few other people who have booked flat and it is being expected that by the time the project gets complete, it will command price of 5,000+ per SQFT.

    I request other flat members also to post their views.

    The project is very promising..More so because of the ease of location — easily accessible and Manyata Tech Park and upcoming 3.6 million sq ft IT Special Economic Zone in the vicinity..Competitively priced at a very good location..A must buy..
