I would like to know the views about this construction group. How is their work and how are they when it comes to dealings of legal matters? I would be very grateful for your views and opinions. Thank you in advance. Nishant Reply Punam Sharma January 17, 2013 Dear Sir, In our area Lokhandwala builders is building a multi storeyed building called Minerva. The contractor for the building is L&T. The project is located near Apollo Mills, NM Joshi Marg, Mahalaxmi. The builder and the contractor is continuing work beyond the permitted work hours everyday. As I am writing the mail right now at 1 am in the morning work at the site is still going on. Work during night is causing serious noise and environment pollution leading to lack of sleep and other medical complications for the residents in the vicinity. I request you to take urgent and strict action to stop the work beyond legally permitted hours and punish the guilty for repeated violation. Reply AtulA June 22, 2012 Lokhandwala is a cheat… he delays on his construction… Does not full fill most of his promises. Does Illegal stuff. Blackmails flat buyers.. If you value your money do not go to Lokhandwala. If you buy a house in a building built by him, be sure that the construction will be inferio and delayed, you will not get the OC for your building even decaded after you start staying there You will not get safe corporation drinking water, As property prices appreciates, he will ask for his pound of flesh.
