The workmanship as well their customer relationship as is excellent. According to their promised at booking time It was completed on time, and on our budget and we are very happy with quality of construction and with the materials used for the construction prepress. The work flow was cool from starting to end. Thank to god we had chosen a reliable builder in this bi city. The process of building a home while been away from here was with absents of stress with the help of NCC Urban and is team. Always in bit doubt many phone calls, emails and some trips to see the house in progress went well. NCC Urban and employees are always returned a hopeful answer in our calls. They generally don’t collect Corpus fund for reasons best known to them and later it becomes a herculean task for the association to impress the owners about the peril of such lapse. NCC Urban has mastered the policy of divide and rule which keeps the owners busy over these issues, thus overlooking major pending issues/violations by builder. Understand NCC is al loggerheads with the land owner over percentage of finished space to be handed to land owner.NCC – It hass a typical fast buck gainer attitude compared to Sobha Builders. NCC Meadows .also does not have a water purifier system.Cauvery water is randomly mixed with bore-well water & supplied to the apartments.
