Bought a flat in Pavani Sarovar and they don’t have any decent behaving staff in Marketing office. The Manager who sits there and Supervisor are rogues and use unparliamentary words to owners of the flat, they delay the project for more than a year now. Never buy a flat. Reply anji November 28, 2016 Pavani Builder P.V.Raghava Rao is a cheater, worst fellow with no morals and ethics. Do not buy any flat from this builder even if the flat comes for free, he cheated lots of customer by delaying projects and with court cases and etc. Example of this builders work is Pavani Sarovar located in Whitefiled, Project got delayed by more than a year and still work is not completed and creating lot of hassles after purchasing the apartment. There is a court case on this builder/Pavani Sarovar. I also enquired other constructions made by this builder received worst feed back. Instead of buying flats from Pavani/Anjani Builders, better to stay in rented house or on the road side. Raghava Rao is asshole and the way he pretends/acts is he is very innocent and customer friendly … Once again I request very humbly do not buy any apartments/flats from Pavani Builder or Anjana Consturctions. Land owner and builder both are filed cases. Please genuine buyer dont purchase from Pavani. PAvani Sarovar Phase 2 also in trouble and that does not have road facility to go cars. It is in court. Reply babu April 24, 2014 Hi guys, i have booked a flat with pavani sarovar, so far the interaction with them is smoot, have to wait and see how they respond later. i have also paid 20% of the project cost. i even went to some kundanahalli projects and i got good feed back, there are some mixed feedbacks aswell but all the builders have few marks. I dnt see that in the plan. Is it going to be on top floor against BBMP aproved plan ? 2. Is there a parking plan ? 3. I checked SBI website, this builder has NO approved projects in the SBI list ? Tiles, Electricals, Plumbing, etc have not even started when Anita (organiser) sent intimation to start registering the property and to pay the balance amount. This is total absurd. Also. When we booked, it was told that there will be only 4 floors with 12 flats in each floor for sale. 5th floor will have only Gym and party hall. But to our surprise, no you can see 10 more flats coming up in 5th floor. SBI will surely not grant the housing loan for this property. When you plan to buy a properly in Pavani LakeVIEW, ask these questions first and see their response . Also when buying, no one told that there is a grave yard beside this. First he will sell all the flats and once receives the 80% money form the buyers he will start developing one to 2 illegeal floors. If you will ask him he will threaten you that might be you will loose your 80% money if you will go to court or it may take 20 to 30 years to fight the case in court till then you will not get your flat and you EMI will be keep on going. You can inquire about this in his all previous projects. He has cheated people like this only.Recent example is Pavani Pleasant located at Prashantah Layout near to hope farm junction. Go there and ask any person who has taken the flat there. This builder is such a cheap person that he will tell the buyers to do what ever they want. Once 30% people will occupy the flat he will slow down the work at site and start using people maintenance money for his site work. He shows that maintenance bills that he has paid 25000 to one security gurad. I recoment not to buy the flats even if is seliing at half of the price becuase he will ask the money in between once you paid 80% of the agreed ammount. Pavani Homes is from Bangalore & I know them very well, we have also bought a flat from them in Pavani Sreshta with clear title & we are very happy with there responses & no issues until now. so i advice you to check on the builder before you commit on anybody-else website. I am extremely pleased with the job done by them mainly on the construction front. Any information was updated on time to time and the quality and design of construction was really excellent and flow of work was smooth and cool. I feel confident that everything will fall in place according to their plan of working. And we people are very much satisfied with our home quality and design which we booked. Hello February 6, 2014 It took nearly 15 months and still the construction is not complete. last month, the construction of one of the flat is still not completed.
