Coming to my experience we don’t have that much good experience with them, After paying the full money they did not give the proper response at all. The carpet area which we got was so less compared to the area which they mentioned. For more details about this you can reply here. Reply ASHK1986 July 3, 2016 Have you checked documents?? these type of builders creating wrong information in market. i have checked with one of sale team he was telling in BMRDA not providing OC while other builders are providing. i would say before booking any flat please check all documents like approvals/CC/OC else you will suffer in future it will crate problem for sale.
