Ramky group is one of the leading waste management and infrastructure development companies, which was started in the year 1994 in Hyderabad.     I’m planning to buy 2 BHK flat in Ramky 1 North project. I visite this project it is in under construction. It is very nice and strong apartment. They used the good quality materials for construction.

    Hello and hi I want to share my experiance with Ramky Utsav, Bengaluru it is one of project by Ramky developers It is surrounded by Ramayya hospitals and other Govt firms. The price is very attractive but I was initially paid some amount later I got home loan. This project is in under construction. There is a enough space for parking, children play area and I liked architecture. And the customer service was good, they have coordinated very friendly with me.

    Ramky group is one of the best builder in south india. They are really thinking about the customer point of view what people need. Even they are completing their project in right time.

    I see a lot of negative feedback on this builder on various reviews on their past projects in Hyderabad; are they trustworthy? Feedback welcome.

      Yes Partha, Even i too have worst experience with them. On the day of booking they promised me that they will provide Amenities. But at the time of possession they did not provide any thing. Even the car parking area was not comfortable.

    Ramky has done multiple big projects in Hyderabad and now after Ramky one north and Srene woods, they going to spread in a big way in Bangalore.
    Their flagship company in listed entity.

    How serious is the concern of railway track mentioned by Harsha? The property seems to be right in middle of proposed developments like peripheral ring road, aerospace park etc. and seems to be very lucrative.

      Even we have booked a 3bhk apt in phase 2. Would like to join the forum. Also does anyone has any clue about the delay in the possession

    Anybody checks VASTU for apartments? Ramky Vastu worksout less than 50% marks. Also I checked for Sri Ram Suhaana there also all the available Apartments are having less than 50% Vastu compliancy.

    Anybody comments about the Vastu compliance for these two projects.

    I checked for Ramky 3 bedroom 1370 sq feet apt the carpet area is amongs the best in bangalore !
    for 1370 sq feet super area the carpet area is 1077 sq feet …79 % which is very good even better than mantri developers alpyne (75%)
