Professionalism of this builder is truly amazing like their Workman ship, scheduling of the flow of works, we are very happy to be their customer part in Sai Associates business and recommend them as a reliable builder. Whenever making some design or some changes the calls and the emails with building updates are very helpful for us. Above all these makes a great business leader in real estate they also resolving any issues or problems we have had. They have done fantastic with great ease beyond all customer expectations. In future also if any of my relative will come to buy the home our only recommendable will be Sai Associates. Thanks!! Reply pankaj March 29, 2013 I visited there project (Sunshine off bannerghtta road). Looked good to me and price was also ok. But they told that they won’t be giving Occupency certificate and that was a concern for me. so i dropped it otherwise it was fine.
