The group states that they design the building spaces after having a dialogue with the customers taking into account with their individual preferences and tastes and then consulting with the designers and architects. The group claims that each and every project of the company are built to keep the environment sustainable with the deployment of latest technology and of course keeping in mind the factor of investment and its return.

Samskruti Maurya is a green community spread over 100 acres of land which is a residential project of the company. Indus Valley is a township in Devenahalli in Bengaluru and is strategically located amidst all the IT Parks and SEZs with superb connectivity and communication networks.

    Hi,

    Seems all the above reviews are either very old or fake. Almost all the projects are either delayed or failed. Samskruti Hoysala is delayed by more than 2.5 yrs. Some of us are living here without even the basics like a flooring or water or any amenties or even a proper compound wall or even OC.
    Similarly Maurya is scrapped. On top of this they have closed their registered office and have refused to meet us.

    I found Samskruthi builder when I was searching for a plot in a Bangalore. They are very responsive, informative and knowledgeable about the investment in land. After the discussion and verification of the land documents I bought a plot in Samskruti Mourya layout. These plots are approved by the BMRDA. And I recommended to my friends, they are also showing interest to buy sites with this builder.

    Sanskruti Builder will now going to lunch theirt new project called Gopalan Sankriti at Mylasandra, Off Mysore Road. I came to know that the project spread across 3.5 acres of land will offer around 180 apartment in 2 & 3 BH K configurations. I am really interested to own a flat here.Plz any contacts number………..

      Hi Falguni Sharma, the Sanskruti builder today they are may be small builder. But they are very hardwork people to fulfill their client’s needs. there is doesn’t important about the small and big builder but how they are interacting with the customer to give quality of home is an important. So go ahead with this builder for your dream home.
