So investing money with these fraud companies is a foolish way. Reply Mubeen January 17, 2015 Hello, I have bad experience with shikara construction.Their quality of work is not good, and uses third class material for sanitary pipes, wiring material,paint,and even plaster. Mostly leakage in walls and bathroom. Due to upper flat bathroom leakage water is coming to our flat. Builder was not co operating to form the society , finally flat owners rushed to court , then builder made some commitment for handover the maintenance fund and repair the damaged and leaked plaster,but still there is no satisfactory solution. Now society is fighting for their rights with builder, and again the knock the court door. Phase to work looks nice but internal quality of material to be checked.Now no one buying from them remaining flats more than 50% still vacant.builder under financial stress and mismanagement of fund. If you wants to buy the flat in phase-2 must check all the regularities and material quality. Now best option to buy the flat in phase-1 because it is legalized society.and working in good administrative skill. Reply Vimal November 10, 2014 Hello friends! I am Vimal, I am going to share my experience with Shikara Constructions, I may disagree with you, but by considering with this builder, two or moreover projects is empty and approx 55% of flats are vacant and unoccupied. May people wants to get rid of unwanted / unused flats but my opinion is go through with that project which have track you in positive way. Thanks!!
