Shriram Properties  a part of Shriram Group was established in 1995 and are having operational branches across the country with the vast existence in South India.

The real estate developer has delivered about 8.36 million sq. ft. of developed space, with 12.61 million sq. ft. to be supplied, and 45.85 million sq. ft. under development.

A number of residential apartments and commercial spaces developed by them stands as a witness to their commitment, quality, and timely deliverance. With many significant projects of integrated townships, residential apartments, commercial spaces, and SEZs in Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities, currently this builder is expanding its service in other cities of India as well.

Shriram developer has completed 14 residential projects including apartments and villas, one of their landmark projects in Chennai is Shriram Gateway an IT SEZ, very soonly they are launching Sonar Bangla a-314 acres of integrated township in Kolkata and they are coming up with dozen of residential projects across the country.

    I brought a flat in Sriram’s Srishti apartment this one building is enough to say about their poor quality construction and there is no proper maintenance. Since I when I brought a flat till today we are not used lift properly because, it is always get repair atleast weekly once. And we requested to change new one but they are not changed. It’s really worst maintenance.

      It’s just for the name sake they have completed projects they are not good quality one, they didn’t maintained a quality measures in construction and materials.

      The quality of Shriram properties is worst while compared to other builders. But they are collecting more amount when compared to other builders. They are not providing good quality. So better to avoid this builder rather than facing many problems.

      No.1 Cheaters doing money laundering business… Booked flat in sep 2012 till now no possession …
      Now they are telling no labor… They are sucking people money and employing third grade contractor to do the work…
      Modi Ji pls help us from these builder and take necessary action …. I am ready to fight … I am paid 33 Lakhs by 2014 … so now paying emi with no hope….
      My demand is to compensate or let builder pay emi whats up me 9884882211 Lets unite and fight this corruption

    Happy to buy a 3 BHK flat from Shriram Properties. Shriram builders are true in their words for quality. we are living in a flat from one year and their is no problem and the environment is very healthy and clean

    Hello all
    I am an Engg. from Panipat (Haryana) and after my Graduation I got Job in Bangalore. When I came here I was given accomadation by the company but after years when I got married I had to settle with my family. So I searched for flats and homes. But then my manager referred me to Shriram Properties Greenfields. I am satisfied with the builder and my family is living happily here.

    I am having issues getting refund for a flat cancellation from shriram properties.
    I sent a cancellation request 5 months back & i have still not received my refund.
    I have made over 100 calls & sent several emails. But no luck.

    Do not book from this builder.

      We have also requested for cancellation and refund of Shriram Luxor and are waiting for more than a year for our refund. They said 90 days and its way past 90 days, almost a year. All our point of contacts have left the company and inspite of several calls and emails, there has been no response from Shriram.
      Please dont book with this builder! Especially a pre laaunch or under construction properties. You will never know when they will start the construction or complete. Luxor was delayed more than a year for launch.

    I was thinking to buy a flat in Bangalore, In that time my friend told me about Shriram properties. I visit them and got flat that met my criteria. Their executives are so organized & understood what I was looking for. Then I made deal with Shriram properties.

    When i was searching for a flat, that time i got many fraud and cheat builder. from them i lost my money also. But after going with Sriram properties, i got a very good experience with them. They provide me a flat which is very near to my office with a affordable price. The service they are providing are also the best . You will must get answer of your query when ever you call them.one of the best Real Estate company i have ever seen.

    I am a customer of Shriram Properties and find them to be ethical, reliable and good developers. I do not know why people are giving false complaints about them. Are you really customers or being paid by competitors to put false complaints about the company?

      I bought in Shriram Signiaa. I have been told that it’ll get finished by Dec 2014. But now it is March 2016 and at least 2 yrs it’ll take to complete the project at current pace. Along with this, they took 100% money from us before registration. But while asking for possession, they are giving dates after dates after dates. There is no electricity connection though we paid BESCOM fees almost an year back. About the quality of materials, I can only comment once I’ll start staying there. Overall, I am not at all a happy customer of Shriram.

        They are unable to deliver the properties in Shriram Signia on time with Occupancy Certificate. They had promised delivery in Sep 2015 but they do not have a proper date of handover with occupancy certificate even in June 2016. Complete money has been paid and flat registered over 3 months ago.
        The executives are very unprofessional in their attitude.

        Suman, you are not the only one who is suffering from Shriram. They are know for doing false commitments and delaying flat delivery.

        I have purchased two flats in Shriram Sameeksha. They sent official letter saying that they will hand over flats on March 2016. So I registered my flats in January 2016. Now one year over. Even now they don’t when they will deliver. Every month they will give a new date. Totally unprofessional and unethical team. Customer care is the worse.

        When I ask them the status, they arrogantly makes the statement that we have written 5Rs per sq compensation in agreement. So from October 2016 you will get 5000Rs per month compensation. We are paying 35,000Rs EMI. They what is the fun in giving 5K compensation.
        Does this mean that they can delay the flat indefinitely. I lost 1.5Lakh Rs income tax last year because we didn’t occupy the flat in last financial year. Same thing is going to happen this year also. They are not worried.

        This compensation is also a promise. God knows whether they will give or not. I have decided to take legal action against these guys.

    I am a IT professional, from past 10 years i am staying in Bangalore taking a rental room. 2 years before i thought of buying a flat for my family. I choose Shriram Properties and spent all my money for the flat , Their i lost everything and I am mentally disturbed also. Still they haven’t pay me all my money.

    Sriram properties one of leading unprofessional builder in bangalore. I went for a visit for their sarjapura project , many people are their who are the existing coustemer of Sriram group. Those people are very unsatisfied with the project and was telling so many inappropriate word about the Sriram Builder . So no need to confuse avoid Sriram Builder.

    Hello everyone, Shriram Properties counts as the best real estate company in Bangalore. I was struggling to live in PG then after I booked a flat in Electronics city through Shriram Properties which are in under construction. I am worried about the completion of the project whether it will be complete or not in a certain time what sales executive was told me at the time of booking. All issues are sort of but on this matter are in a dilemma. Please help me to get rid out of this.

    Hi, I am swati, it’s been 8 year I have been in Bangalore struggling with rental rooms. You know how difficult it is to find a rental home in Bangalore and living with all the restrictions of land lord. Few months ago I booked a flat from shriram builders and I was really interested for their apartment in whitefield, since booking I have paid 70% of original amount but still I have not received any kind of confirmation on the date of completion of their project even the site looks like exactly a replica when I booked it. Their sales executives have no certain dates and they are still booking on the project by telling people that it would take 5 months to complete the project.

    Hi all, I am sanju, I am planning to book a flat in sarjapur road and I visited their project smrithi but nothing significant has been done in the site so I am not able to make any conclusion on them. Again there are so many bad words I have revived from their existing customers which entirely making me a mediocre to make a decision on them can any one help me to give an better Idea on them may be an ex employee please reply me soon.

    Taken delivery of C1 / 208 Tower 5 with Shriram Shankari Guduvancheri Chennai. Customerisation of AC duct provision at Living room though paid not completed for the last 2 months. Only Hollow promises by both Projects and Marketing and absolute lack of sensitiveness is clearly visible. All documents pertaining to customerisation were given to Projects as well as Marketing team. Still no trace of commitment. Initial commitment shown is totally missing across the line.Did we make the right decision?

      I had visited the site yesterday (25/4/2015) and was impressed with their new duplex apartments which would be completed in 2017. I am planning to buy an apartment in Shriram Shankari. I read your blog. Now I am confused. Kindly tell me how long have you been here and what are all the amenities they have got and what problems did you face. Your reply would really help me decide whether to buy an apartment or not.

I HAVE BECOME A LAUGHING STOCK WITH MANY OF MY COLLEAGUES & FRIENDS HAVING INTRODUCED THESE MERCENARIES. THEY ARE ONLY FOR MONEY.

        I RELIABLY LEARN THAT THEIR PROJECT NAMED “CHIRPING WOODS” WHICH IS ADJACENT TO SHUBH ENCLAVE ( WHICH WAS PARTIALLY DEMOLISHED RECENTLY BY THE BBMP FOR ENCROACHMENT OF LAKE BEDS) WILL ALSO FACE SIMILAR CONSEQUENCES.
        I SYMPATHISE WITH ALL THE CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE BOOKED IN THIS PROJECT. I SINCERELY WISH ALL OF THEM PULL OUT THEIR ADVANCES IMMEDIATELY & INVEST WITH OTHER REPUTED BUILDERS.
        THIS BUILDER IS A CROOK WITH LOWEST ETHICS. RIGHT FROM THEIR TOP MANAGEMENT MOST OF THEM ARE ALL OF THE SAME MENTALITY.
        CHEATING IS THEIR MOTTO AND ORDER OF THE DAY.
        BEWARE OF THEIR PROPERTIES WHICH MOSTLY LACKS LEGAL SCRUTINY. i HAD SO MUCH OF ISSUES & THEY PUT ME ACROSS TO THEIR LEGAL GUY WHO IS A NOVICE WITH BASIC OR NO KNOWLEDGE OF ACTS RELATING TO TRANSFER OF PROPERTIES, NEXT THEIR FINANCE HEAD WHO APPEARS ABSOLUTELY CONFUSED & DOES ALL HE CAN TO CHEAT INNOCENT CUSTOMERS BY THREAT & SAYING HE WILL ISSUE LEGAL NOTICE. PROBABLY HE IS THE CUSTODIAL OF ALL THE ILL GOTTEN HUGE AMOUNT OF MONEY & MUST ME A STAKE HOLDER OF SUCH QUESTIONABLE STACKED UP MONEY.
        THEY HAVE CHEATED ENOUGH OF INNOCENT CUSTOMERS… I AM SURE ONE DAY THEY HAVE TO ANSWER ALMIGHTY FOR THEIR SINS OF CHEATING INNOCENT CUSTOMERS LIKE ME.         I booked my 2nd Phase flat and while booking they confirmed that this project will be ready by December 2014 but till date not a single brick has been constructed. They are repeatedly giving false assurances to many customers who have deposited 100% of the project cost from their hard earned money after retirement.

        So far no confirmed reply has been received from Shriram Shankari Management.

        It is really not a customer care organization and the quality work is also very very poor.
