The Residential project by Skanda Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. is located in the South East part of Bengaluru adjacent to Marathahalli, near the old Airport. Marathahalli is one of the IT hubs of the city which has many reputed IT, ITeS and MNCs. Skanda Sukriti is located at this wonderful place which has commercial, residential as well as industrial space and emerged as a self-sufficient region of Bengaluru.

This project is situated exactly opposite to CISCO campus on the 60 feet Road. Skanda Sukriti boasts many luxurious amenities like Gymnasium, club house, garden, 24 hours power backup, security, community hall, health facilities, play area, intercom and few more.

    Skandha sukruti is not agood company, it is providing cheap quality of projects, but it can deliver in in-time.

    Skanda Sukriti is good and its customer support is really nice. They are effectively solving problems to customers with much patience. Their support is very nice.

    Skandha Sukriti is not a good builder. When I visited their office I have many doubts. And I inquired some of their existing customers most of them given negative feedback. And some people warned me to don’t book with this builder. Then I realized that it is the dangerous company for our hard earned money.

      Hi Mahesh, What you said is 100% correct. I faced this company with my cousin who bought a flat from Skandha builder. We are feeling why we bought there. So I’m requesting all please don’t choose this builder.
