Thus, we can bet that those who own a flat at SM Signature will be happy and content for life. Besides, in Bangalore, this area is believed to be the most appreciated locality. Some of them are 24 Hr backup, intercom, lift, play area, gymnasium, and rain water harvesting and community hall. The structure is R.C.C framed structure. The super structure is for all walls with first class machine made concrete cement bricks. The doors are for main door and frame teak wood. All other frames are of Teak with commercial flush shutters. At booking time I have paid payment of 2lack 15 thousand. After making of my payment I did not get any single response of our call from SM SIGNATURE, office about the flat. I asked at the office, their sales manager told me some common excuses, which shows their way of un- professionalism with the customer. I don’t know whether to go for complaints or how to get flat with this builder. Now they are keeping on saying we are under procedure of construction. In last 1 year even 1 inch of the construction is not done. All customers are doing the complaints only for SM Signature Horamavu Builder. But still they are waiting for completion. ARPIT VERMA August 30, 2013 Hi, this is Praful Chandra living in Bangalore and working as a Net Administrator in IBM Bangalore. Five years back I bought a flat from SM Signature at the Austin town Bangalore. These Builders don’t know how to construct the home. They are running a real estate company from last 5 to 6 years but none of their projects are good. They are not using the mind in design of building; the entire product used here is of poor quality, without quality wood, low price tiles etc. In the year of 2008 when I booked the flat they gave all big promises for using the quality base product, high standard design but everything has proved to be false shudhaker August 29, 2013 In the year of 2009 I booked a flat with SM Signature Horamavu in Whitefield Project. I was summited an Rs. 1 lacks and 25 thousand booking amount with them. At that time of booking they told me all flat will we ready within 4 year of booking. Their sales manager told us no money demand will be here still the flat completion other than booking amount. After 7 month of booking they called us and told me we have changed the construction plan for design of Building. The cost of flat will be 6 lacks more, after lessening these frauds’ think I was cancel our booking. Now 3 year has been over still I am waiting for refund the money from SM Signature Builders. vikashkumar August 19, 2013 This is Damodar Kumar living in Bangalore and working as a developer in Microsoft. We have bought a 2 BHK flat in SM SIGNATURE, INC project in Whitefield Bangalore in 2008. The total cost of the flat was 34 lacks. And this was paid by me in 6 installments and it completed in March 2012. I have given all my money of my life for buying my flat from SM Signature, Bangalore I am living from 1 and half year in this flat and in this time I have faced 100 of issues due to the poor construction of the Building. There is no proper plastering in the walls of the building, no proper tiles setting in any place, water leakage in each hall of the building. We don’t have even half of the amenities in Building which was mentioned in the project booklet at the time of booking the flat. It is a total waste of money by booking the flat from SM SIGNATURE 2/3 BHK flat for sale in Hormavu . We can find so much better project with this builder in very less price in Bangalore. This builder is only making the fool out of its entire customers
