They had even contructed a mini apartment for demo of finished product. The finance plans were cool, installment and EMI options were very satisfactory, Anyway I am having good experience with this builder. They have done many IT parks , villas with many beautiful apartments. I have a flat in Shanti Niketan which is made by sobha-developers still they are giving the good service. Reply balan January 19, 2015 I had booked in one of sobhas ongoing project by paying 3 lacs.due to sudden financial crunch icancelled the booking and the executive promised to get refund after deducting normal charges. But now after more than a year they say the amt is not refundable.unethical attitude. Reply Ramamurthy May 5, 2014 After the retirement from my job, i bought a flat in Sobha developers.The price is high but i am leading a beautiful life over here with my children. Location wise it is excellent. I took a right decision while booking a flat. It maintained high quality of construction and world class amenities. How is the property from a residential point of view? Most websites claim it should be complete by 2013 end. Is it true? Will appreciate if any existing buyer or expert can guide me. On the other hand, for other builders like Prestige, Salarpuria etc., they calculate Price of Per Sq Ft price multiplied with superbuilt up area and then ADD car parking, VAT, Service Tax etc. Hence, what you need to do is compare the all-inclusive price for Sobha with all-inclusive price of other builders to compare prices.
