They are providing bad service and quality also not good and They are promising wrong commitments. Even there is not a single commitment fulfilled by them properly. I have Booked a 3 Bhk Flat in this company last 1 year i am running behind these people. Neither Refunding money Nor given also flat, Same flat they have sold n Number of people. But after booking I realized that is is worst in construction. So better to review your booking. Reply Srinath October 28, 2015 Hi all, the quality of GNR constructions is very bad. They are concentrating more on profits not in quality. For this reason they are spending only 40-50% of our money. This is very ridiculous so please don’t choose this builder. Reply Sitar January 20, 2015 I am stay in Hormavu project of soorya symphony builders. They built it in a worst way. I gave more than 30 lakhs for this flat, but i think they spend only 10 lakhs for this. Even all the amenities they spoke about during the booking. Really they are not even investing 40% of our money for the construction. If they did so then the building will be the best in Bangalore.
