    I need a confirmation from Soverein Builders ,when they Will complete the Soverin SOnna Project,This Will be on Hold for Last 1 1/2years,due to Landowner case issue & Unnathi Project Delay Issue.

    I booked a flat in SOverign SONAA in 2013 ,the Project is Been hold for last 1 1/2 years till today there is no clue of restart the construction.keep chasing i am Getting a fake reply only from Sovergin Management.My money is been Trapped for almost 3years. No clue when they will complete the Project.????????????/

    Have booked one 856 Sq.ft. apartment at Sovereign Unnathi with Sovereign Developers & Infrastructure Ltd. No.16, III Floor, SD Complex Jaladarshini Layout, New BEL Road, Bangalore 560054 on 27/08/2011 for basic price of Rs.23 lakhs.

    The project was expected to be completed by middle of 2012 but did not happen as the work was going on at snail speed, may be due to the builder diverted funds for other upcoming projects elsewhere. Now on 30/08/2013, the builder sent a registered letter demanding additional sum of Rs.8, 51, 000/- to pay within 3 weeks from the date of receipt of the letter by me or surrender the flat.

    The flat was originally sold to a few customers for Rs.14 Lakhs base price whereas I have paid a base price of Rs.23 Lakhs. The builder cites reason for additional payment to him due to increase in the construction cost in which the current base price works out Rs.22.51 Lakhs and hence is demanding Rs.8.51 lacs extra.

    As far as my case is concerned, my base price at the booking of my flat itself was Rs.23 lakhs which is more than the current base price advised by the builder. Secondly, our Agreement to Sell executed between the builder and myself does not mention anything on the ‘escalation’ cost. The builder is bullying their customers and resorting to arm-twisting whereby he say that if the money is not paid within a specified period, he will cancel allotment and resell the apartment to someone else.

    The builder indicated in their letter to me that after selling the apartment to another party, then he will refund the money paid by me with a simple interest of 9% per annum without any additional cost & expenses incurred by me.

    I wish to bring before the State Consumer Forum that the Builder is unreasonable in demanding extra money from me since his cost of construction equivalent 856 Sq. Ft today is less than the cost worked out by him. Again, in the absence of any cost-escalation clause in the agreement, it is unfair on their part to demand additional sum from me. The threat of cancellation of apartment for failing to settle the additional sum is considered as ‘ARM TWISTING’ method adopted by the builder.

    Again, paying interest at a rate proposed by them and settlement only after he sells apartment to another person etc.without paying any additional cost and expenses goes against any morality and uprightness as I have paid my hard-earned money promptly as and when demanded by the builder. There is a serious allegation in the market that the builder had diverted funds to two other upcoming projects neglecting their maiden project for the sake of more profit.

    I was booked a flat last year through my friend reference. I went their office along with my friend. They cleared all my doubts about the Unnathi apartments land documents, approvals and the quality of construction. and this project almost completed about 90%. we get possession our flat in promised period.

      Hi Suresh, Did you get your flat possession in Unnathi Apartment? if not, when you will get your flat and when that 100% construction will happen.

    Hi, I am searching for a 2bhk flat in Bangalore preferably near lake so I visited sovereign lake view project I loved the project location and floor plan, their price is also in my budget. Since it is a lake view project so they are charging a bit high price comparing to other apartments in this locality but my concern is the time frame when they are going to finish this project because I don’t want to believe on these real estate builders.

    All the service given by Sovereign Developer is very much appreciable. The moment i purchased a flat from them , they clear all my doubts. All the time they are updating the progress of flat. Such a professionalism, we will never seen by a builder now a days.

    Soverign Developer has done many memorable work in Bangalore. As a builder Soverign Developer have good reputation in market now. They always response to costumer . Its may delay in possession for 2-3 months but i am sure that you will must get your flat.

    I have booked flats in sovereigh unnathi hormavu main road in 2010 and paid almost 90% of the money but the builder has not completed the projects and now they are demanding about 10 lacks more to complete the project. we have made a case under consumer court against the builder and fighting for our own rights and the flat yet to get. they are very cunning builder never book flat with them. they trap you by taking booking of flat at low price then after completing the structure they put more demand for finishing the flat. initial booking at about 20 lackh now demanding 8.5 lackh +4 lackh for bescom bwssb .

    I have booked a 2BHK flat in Sovereign sonaa which is in Yeshwanthapur. I got the flat in a very reasonable price. Now i am getting the regular updates of the project. I am very much happy with construction standards and status. I am eagerly waiting for my project possession. Thanks to Sovereign for your extended service.

    This is Divan kumar, I had booked a 2BHK flat in the project of sovereign developers builder by giving the one lacks and twenty thousand as the booking amount before fore month back. And I had visited to construction place after two month of booking I saw they had done great in design and construction within two months. The half of the construction was finished at the time of booking only and after fore month they had started the plastering in whole building. I am very happy for booking our flat with this builder.

    In June I went to one of my cozen Brother who is living in E- city at the times of discussion he told he had booked a flat in sovereign developers electronic city project before one year back and in next month going to get the possession of the flat even they had started the construction before few months back of booking. So after lessons it in last week I also visited to this builder office and I realized with discussion about their customer relationship professionally way of working and I booked a flat on same project. The cost of the flat was also reasonable and location of the flat is also good which is just 100 meter from main road of the e –city.
