    Beware from Sruthika because they are big Frauds and cheating innocent people like Software Engineers, etc. They have been cheating many people and earning crores of rupees

    What are the major benefits if I buy a flt from Sruthika builder. And what are the problems I may face with this builder.

      You will get more amenities for limited time with free of cost after that you have to pay. The quality may be very poor definitely You will be upset. The price is reasonable.

      Mam i gave 1 suggestion that don’t purchase flat from Sruthika Springfields. Sruthika Springfields is fraud they charges more but their construction is too bad. i am also existing customer of sruthika springfields.

      There are two on-going projects in Electronic city. But review your decision and rethink about Sruthika builder. Many people are suggesting that the quality is not good and the prices also high.

    Hi everyone, Sruthika builder is neither bad nor good. It is constructing their projects moderately and prices also moderate. But the amenities provided by them are good. The base having good quality but not walls. So the decision is yours.
