Website : Click Here 9 Responses Sreenivas February 5, 2016 I am having bad experience with Sterling Developers from the last 2 years. I had booked a flat in Sterling in November 2013. But till now they were not delivered my flat. I paid all the amount. Even they are not saying an exact date when they will hand over. Reply Chalapati February 9, 2016 I think without any verification you bought flat with this builder, if delays also you wait until the possession. And don’t proceed the cancellation if you cancel then you have to wait for long to get your money. so better if it is late also you can wait. Reply Prakash February 3, 2016 I’m a resident of Sterling Brookside apartment, they didn’t learn any lessons from their previous projects. They may build a small residential projects, they have many small residential projects, but they don’t have much experience to build a Big residential project like Brookside apartment. They were delayed more than a year to complete and given possession without the committed full facilities. within the 4 months water leakages in pipes and cracks in walls and many more. So before going to buy flat in Sterling once contact the Brookside customers Reply Kushum Mishra December 30, 2014 We are searching for a flat in koramangala and came to sterling Developers project in Koramagala named as infinia, location wise and according to my requirement it was so perfect that we loved it and booked a 3bhk here. Now they are delaying in their construction and we are unable to decided whether to stick on them or we will cancel that please suggest if there is any customer of same project here. Reply Suresh February 29, 2016 Almost all customers are sterling projects are hesitating with the too much delay in the construction of the projects. I don’t know why they are delaying the projects, they have all approvals and documents. Reply Sai October 13, 2016 same here. I am not happy with the delay with Sterling Infinia. They are not open and honest about the delays. any idea where and why the delay is. I came across an article in economic times dated august 25th 2016 that “ten city projects denied green nod” and sterling Infinia was one of them. does anyone have any idea whats going on? Reply utpal December 30, 2013 After buying the flat with Sterling developers we are so much happy, and not only I, my parents also want to say thank to this developer’s people for their nice construction and responses to all our issues. My parent was ready to buy a same 2BHK 1300 sq. ft. flat with a builder for which the cost price was five lacks more than to Sterling flat. So I discussed with parents they changed the decision and we came to buy Sterling developers Reply Rintu haldar December 28, 2013 Hi, in last year 2012 I booked a flat in Sterling Palms project of Sterling Developer at the time of booking they had finished the half of the construction of the building but now one year is going on but still they doing the construction. Now I thinking I should cancel booking and need to go with some other builder. We have wasted our time and money both by booking here. Anybody have info about a builder whose some project are for ready to move. Reply Tree2012 July 12, 2012 rrived in Sterling on July 9 2012 and chose Comfort Inn because im a choice hotels member. I wanted a cheap place to stay in Sterling. I wouldve stayed at Super 8 Travelodge or BW Sundowner. Walked into my room to be greeted by a big hairy deadly spider. Then i found a pile of worms in my tub. I wouldve asked for another room but left and stayed at the nice Super 8. I am canceling my membership with Choice Hotels immendiantly.
