    Hi, Anyone please advise me for buying TGS Gauri in electronic city – phase 1. I visted the site today and they showed the area behind the SSN apartment perpendicualr to main road and adjacent to a road that leads to some village. I believe it is a good are to invest but still in thought of their authenticity. Anyone please help if they made an investment in this project.

    Hi,i’m Tharunraj i booked a plot in TGS Meenakshi project at Kanakapura road.Especially the land layout will have all the facilities like underground sewage.They offer very low prices compared to other builders.

    Hi All,
    I am planning to book a plot in TGS yashaswini. It is still under BBMP approval, Should i be concerned?. I mean i do not about TGS construction, like how many projects they successfully delivered to customers. Should go ahead and book it.

      I have a plot in the TGS Gowri project, it is surrounded with the splendid locality and it have good connectivity with wide roads. I think it’s already sold out, there is only few plots they were selling in management quota. So you can try.

      Always best decision has been that buy a site/plot. If you buy site, you can construct a home as per your requirements and plots resale value is more than present. But if you buy a flat there is modifications as per your requirements and resale value will decrease in future. So buy a site/plot.

      Buying a flat or plot is both are good decision both are have their individual advantages. So the decision is up to you. But if you wanna buy whether flat or plot, then visit TGS, they are selling both plots and flats and they can guide you as per your requirements.

      Why not, almost all Bangaloreans knows TGS Builder, they are selling both affordable plots and flats. I have booked in the TGS Athens project. It is documents are good and its construction also begins within a few days.

      I have booked a plot in TGS Saraswathi, This Saraswathi layout is surrounded with prime localities like hospitals, schools and colleges. And I have got flat for a very low price. I think it is very impossible for other builders in Bangalore

    Buying a plot is better than the flat where we can construct our own home as per our budget and our required structure. If we buy a plot in TGS layout is very affordable price, i.e. lesser than 50% of market price where common man can able to own.
