I had bought the flat after single visit of the project because of their list of amenities with reasonable cost. Within year of booking I had got the possession and the entire legal document. In future if any my friends or relative are coming I shall refer them to buy AARYAN Group home. Initially they sound very professional and once the payments are done their color changes. Every project they do i fraud and legalities is concerned they give clear documents but later there is no land and no developments. I had booked in one of their project called INDIA CALLING which is still under litigation. No land, no money and no peace of mind. Once again i would like to inform all this is a fraud company and i dont know how they are surviving in the market. They shift customers from one project to other which all are the same. Guys wake up, plz don’t put your hard earned money with these kind of fraud companies. Reply Rajan February 13, 2015 Sanjay, you r right. I too got cheated. I paid Rs.3.3 lacs since 4 years now. Do one thing, those who got their money stuck with them, should come together and form a group like group against Sahara scam. You can reply this, and will form a group and fight against them together.Otherwise also I asked for my refund, orelse I will proceed legally.
