    Any update on Aishwarya Group property scam, I am one of the victim, strugguling for last 6 years after investing 18 lacks with this company.

    This is Sharad choihan. Few years back I had booked a flat in the Aishwarya group’s project and now construction is almost about to end and they have offered us some option of interior designing as part of the ‘package’ which is really good. I was unaware of this type of way of services and it is nice attention for getting it built by them. They have had good customer and service, excellent quality construction and finish. We always had the construction supervisors on our flat. Working with architects has been a real pleasure and they all generally show high level of architect knowledge. It is my pleasure to be Aishwarya group’s customer and hopefully we will build through them again in future as well

        Why should we say Goodbye to our monies?? Its our hard earned money. Buyt, yes we need to say goodbye for our plots (which were and are virtual!!).. Last week (Dec’12 last week) some influential parties pressurised and got some money refunded (about 50%).. Now these reddy guy’s (bastards!!) have decided to pledge some of their lands (valued crores) to repay some more with influence. I guess its right time to approach media/police in large numbers to put pressure and get our monies back (be it 50%!!)…

    Today, Criminal court issued non bailable warrants on V.Bhaskar reddy and T.R Reddy of Aiswary projects/presidency group, in cheque bounce case. These fraudesters do not even attend to courts. Police are inactive and can not prevent criminals like V.Bhaskar reddy and T.R Reddy, very disappointed by commissioner of police bangalore for his and his departments inaction and Apathy. Cheaters and fraudesters are not getting arrested by the police, this is the state of our bangalore police under the command of honourable commissioner of police.

    Even I have booked a plot 5 years back and gave them 2.7Lacks. The directors (Bhaskar reddy and TR Reddy ) are now absconding. I will file a complaint in couple of weeks.
