    Please dont trust Artha properties. They are complete cheats.
    We booked 2 flats in Artha Emprasa near hoskote and they are not refunding teh money due to cancellation. They are taking more than a year to prepare the cheque for the refund.
    Basically they are fraud. Please beware.

    Don’t invest in any of the Artha properties. They haven’t completed any project on time. I had invested in Sharanam project 4 years back and still don’t have any sign of completion or commitments from them.

    Customer Service teams are bunch of arrogant individuals and a shame to customer service.

    I made a mistake, please learn from it and avoid losses.

      SAME HERE FOR ARTHA MOUNTAIN VIEW NEAR HOSUR.AFTER PROMISING CLUB HOUSE AND OTHER FACILITIES LIKE POOL RESTAURANT ETC THEY COMPLETELY BACKED OUT.NO ELECTRICITY GIVEN.THEY ARE NOT EVEN SHARING THE CONTACTS OF OTHER OWNERS SO THAT WE CAN JOINTLY TAKE A DECISION ON THE FUTURE OF THIS PROJECT.IF U COMPLAINT THEY ONLY GIVE A COMPLAINT NO BUT NO ACTION.PLS HELP.IF U HAVE ANY SOLUTION.

      Ditto Subhas, when not refunding money since 2 years I said I will go to consumer court. They say their is no clause to refund money but they are too being too kind to the customers.

      Pls do not invest in Artha properties. Else you are inviting troubles for yourself.

    These guys haven’t completed projects that were started in 2011 up till 2017. In my experience their customer service is non existent. They would promise something and would ultimately give you quality that is a few notches below par. Their villas a joke. They take forever to build. They harass you with incorrect accounting, false charges and many other money siphoning measures

    Dear All, I have booked an villa in Bangalore with them. My honest feedback is I am extremely disappointed with them about their service level, transparency, progress level and professionalism. I regret the decision of buying it from them. If anybody is planning to buy any property from them, please seriously rethink about it. You will not only regret about it later but also have to spend a lot of time in sending reminders to them or get replies to your mails. One thing is sure, whenever you send reminders, you will get a casual reply like WE HAVE INITIATED THE PROCESS AND WILL COME TO YOU ….. or similar to that type of messages. Rest assured, you will never be happy about the decision you have taken and cursing yourselves for being their client. You will not get any direct answers from them. If anybody has paid advance money, please take it back and it is worth losing the advance amount rather than getting struck with the entire amount and spoiling your mind.

    Artha is selling low quality construction labeling as “Presidential Villas”. Even a local contractor will take care of the basic requirements while construction. After a delayed handover of almost a year – they charged some bogus penalties. The customer service team is never in sync with the site team.

    The Artha properties constructing flats in two qualities one is good another one is bad randomly. So the people who are getting right project are lucky and remaining people will lost their money. So be careful while buying a flat. buying a flat in Artha properties is like a stone in the hand of a blind person.

    Documentation is not clear…most of the properties are litigated. It will take years to get your booking money back.

    Excellent experience with artha properties bangalore; I have purchased a villa at Artha Zen. As per first time investor I should affodability, possession on time and last one is good service. Thanks god with artha properties I got all of these.

      @karan…artha citrine is a budget property offered by artha .The price is Rs.11.63 lakhs.The total area is 495 sqft.It is a good option for those who want a small house to live or for making investment…location wise its also good because of developments in nearby areas.They are proving good amenities including indoor games,party hall,swimming pool,club etc..so its a good deal for common man…

    I have booked a Villa in Artha Aura located in medavakkam.This villa fit into my budget and it is spacious .What attracted me is that One does not have to move outside of the campus to buy general grocery or utilities.There is departmental store and pharmacy inside the campus.

    Apart from this,There is provision for entertainment activities like indoor and outdoor games and sports.There is one mini theatre inside the campus only and there are other amenities also which i liked very much.

    Looking health wise,The area is covered with lush greenery and one can feel fresh and can enjoy nature’s gift .

    location wise,i would say it is strategically located.Hospitals,IT parks etc are nearby 5-10 kms. It is well connected to Road and traffic can be avoided.If anyone is looking as an investment purpose then also it is an good idea because the price is relatively cheap as compared to flats and villas in city.The basic price is only approx 25 lacs .

    In near future,the price is definitely going to rise because of IT tech parks are coming up and whole area is being developed.

    So it is an good option for investment and living.

    Artha Pristine is one of the very nice project i came to know & later i booked it.I visited the site along with artha representative in mogappair. The best things i liked in this project is location, price and design of the villa. It is close to Anna Nagar which is a developed area with residential and commercial complexes. Coming to price it fits into budget and i really liked inner design of the villa is spacious and look elegant outside.There is enough space for parking and it is surrounded by trees, close to nature. The amenities provided are good.

    Good place to make an investment. Dealing with Artha properties bangalore has been an absolute delight for all of us. Since the beginning of the project, the team has been informing about each and every small little change made in the property.       I purchased a 1200 sq ft Villa recently. Initially we were not satisfied with the service but now they have improved. Me and my husband visited the site and work is going with right pace. Artha Representative was very kind with us and he gave considerable amount of time to us in documentation and financials. So I would say that their service is better now.

As a first time buyer we are looking for affordability, time of completion, and the service provided by the builder and lucky we found all these three.Everything till date has been going smooth. Which gave us a great confidence towards the company and one better thing construction is already started and now it’s yet to completed I definitely recommend only Artha builders to others.

    Artha properties has may be good name and fame in South India. In my own experience they just need your money for their need only, after that who are you they don’t know also. Its near by 2 years i spend money around like 20lakhs for a flat , still now they are not giving any response to me. Shame on you guys.

    Had a bad experience with artha nearly 2 years. I was a fool to go and book that thinking everything is clear and it is times group venture that things should be picture perfect.They had a builder who is not at all reliable. They do not have any control over the project. Even today it is not clear when the project will be complete. After paying 50Lakhs not sure when this project progress.
    It is strongly advised prospective buyer not tofool by the brand name. The Times Group exposes several scams in this country, but unable to find the problem below their nose.

    Had a bad experience with artha nearly 2 years back. They gave me the best plot (corner site, east facing,blahblah) and I was a fool to go and book that thinking everything is clear and it is times group venture that things should be picture perfect. After payment of booking amount,I was provided documents after a week’s time, I took to a bank lawyer and got it verified thoroughly and too our surprise there was a big legal complication in the land that they were building on with the scope of future litigation. I asked for necessary papers and werent provided.Unconvinced I asked for refund and I was blatantly told that booking amount cannot be refunded. I then posted my grievance in public forums and was planing to file a consumer court complaint. Within 2 weeks their tone changed to making the refund. Had a horrible experience, never dealt with artha after that and will not deal with them in future. Lucky that I got my booking amount back due to God’s grace.

    Hi I’m planning to book a 3BHK villament in the artha pristine project at ayapakkam in Chennai. Does anyone have any opinions regarding this project or this developer? How has been the track record been so far? All inputs welcome..

    NO TRANSPORTATION AS PROMISED.

    The sales Executive said that Artha will be buying buses that we could use as the distance is huge. Now there is no sign of it at all. How will we go shopping or children go to school? They promise one thing and then don’t talk about it.

    Last time I visited the site, executive their told me that the buses are boked and they will station it on site. Now after 2 months no sign of any transportation. All lies.

    These guys do not have any control of the builders, all they want is your money.. The construction quality terrible. I would never ever want to do anything with them from here on. I wish I was wise earlier. If you want to fill somebody’s pocket because you have some money to spare, only then would I even think I would mention these guys names. Even if it costs you a tad bit more, do weigh your options and invest with better people.

      They were late by more than a year, and I bleed blood looking at the construction quality. I am angry and feel so stupid. Now, they want more money to give me the possession certificate and they have all the keys to my home. They have all my money and I am without my home for which I have paid. If you ever want to do business with these guys, deal with them very tactfully and never never be there without a couple of people with you because 2 brains are better than 1.
