Mana Projects was started in the year 2000 by Kishore Reddy the present Managing Director of the company with a decade of successful undertakings in hospitality industry.

This real estate company is an ISO 9001:2008 certified and Directors of this firm are Dr. P V Sesha Reddy and Mrs. Hima Bindhu. This real estate company has spread its business across many verticals like property development, construction, and contracting projects.

They have successfully completed around 4 projects in 3 different prime locations of Bangalore City like Sarjapura, Whitefield, and Airport Road.

Currently, they have two ongoing projects named Candela and Jardin both located in Sarjapur as well as 3 upcoming projects called Gokul in off Hosur Road, Karmel in Sarjapur Road, and Corona located off Sarjapur Road.

    Mana Projects providing Occupancy Certificate for all their projects. You need worry about OC, builders are well reputed and well known for consistency and quality.

    I suggest Mana Projects to anyone who is interesting in buying a flat. They provide us a well structured flat in Whitefield which is simply superb. They informed us throughout the process and answered without any hesitation to my every question regarding development of flat. Now their projects are going in Sarjapur Road. We highly recommend them because every builder didn’t providing what they promised but Mana did for us. Thank you very much to them…

      I have already book a 2.5 BHK in Wing-3 . I am only worrying that project has not yet been Approved by ant governing body. They will always say it will take next 15 days. Its been 3 Months now.

    Hi,

    Mana Project are worst when its comes to quality ! starting everything looks cool… they screwed up Mana Placido … owner has to follow up for everything.. and you need to pay to get the work done … supervision from site engineer sucks ! just get in touch with Mana Placido owner for sad stories … i recomendation dont by there

      Mr. Sham Prakash and Soni, considered the feed back from Mana Customer and worked towards clearing all the issues. Project (Mana Placido) is in much better state now.

    hi even i am thinking of booking a flat at mana jardin but the builder says the approval is yet to come. is it ok to book before the approvals come?

      Hi Ipsita,
      If builder is trustworthy you can go ahead. If approvals did not come through then you an cancel the booking.
      I am in a different boat, the builder say the they will not give Occupancy certificate. That is causing me a little concern.
      Have you gone ahead and booked the flat ?

      Hi,
      I have booked a 2BHK in Mana Jardin. Per Sqft rate is 3900/-.
      I have heard a lot about the builder, quality and the timelines and all looks good. Location is very good close to Wipro, many schools on Sarjapur road and connectivity to electronic city and Outer Ring road.

      Projects seems to be fine but I dont knw what they will give in real. We asked for some outdoor sports but the builder denied.. They are not giving any outdoor sports other than gardens..

        Hi All,

        Even I am planning to buy in Mana Jardin.
        Builder is asking 3900/sq ft as base price. What price he has quote all of you? We are still negotiating.
        Another concern is he is not giving any amenities(games and all) but he is charging 1lac for that.

        Did the builder actually tell you that he will not be providing any aminities in the club house for which they are charging a lakh? Because when we enquired the rates last week he dint tell us any such thing….please mail me ur concern at, aparnamn123@rediffmail.com and may be we can also raise it with the builder when we go to him next…thanx

    hi, we also just booked a 2bhk with mana seldon. If you are aware of a owners forum for mana seldon, can you please point me to it ?, else we could start something on that lines :).. One concern that i have is that the construction agreement has a clause, that says the builder retains the ownership of the terrace even after the construction is complete, and owners association takes control of everything else. Is this a common clause amongst all developers in bangalore ? happy new year -kumar

    Hi We have already booked an Apartment in Mana Seldon, we have checked the docs with a reputed advocate, the location is very good opposite Wipro, roads connect to Electronic city, ITPL and Belandur. Schools are near by. And the price is very competitive compared with the other builders. So we were very happy and booked our flat.
