Reply Pradip November 9, 2015 SVS constructions has no credibility in the Bangalore market and in their customers. If we ask their customers about SVS they are scolding SVS too much. So don’t choose this builder and don’t waste your hard earned money. Reply Brandavan Reddy September 2, 2013 I booked a flat with Svs Windgates Bangalore They are not ready to refund my booking amount even after canceling from their Sarjapur project. Dear this is Brandavan Reddy living in Bangalore and working as a post master. I booked a 2 BHK flat in their project in 2009. At that time they told us in future if we cancel the booking, whole amount will be refunded with deduction of 15 thousand and also some more promises were there. In 2010 (after 8 month of booking) I wanted to do the marriage of our daughter due to that reason I cancelled the booking. Now 2.9 years have been over but still I am waiting for our money from Svs Windgates Bangalore. Reply vinod kumar August 31, 2013 Fooling the peoples is basic work of SVS Windgates Horamavu Bangalore builder. In 2009 I was in the lookout to buying a home in Bangalore. I booked a flat with this Builder. The construction of flat was started in year of 2009 but still the construction has not completed. They are not showing their interest in finishing of the building construction. After booking of flat, so many times I visit the place of construction, and I saw that no work is being started till date. I regret the purchasing of flat from SVS Windgates Bangalore Some time I thought to cancel the booking from this builder but was summated the whole money for the flat. I really don’t know what to do.
