TGS Construction Pvt. Ltd. is one more company that has joined the fray in the affordable segment of apartments in Bengaluru. The company has done fairly well and has added quite few apartments in its list of offer. The new additions of TGS Construction are TGS Rome in Horamavu, TGS Hamilton in Marathahalli, TGS Las Vegas in Begur Road and TGS Toronto in Sahakara Nagar. TGS Constructions is selling apartments at 40 to 50 percent lower than the market rates as per the sources. Even then they claim that they strive to offer flats at places of demand by the citizens of Bengaluru.

Another striking part is that they sell layouts as well developing them into well-constructed gated communities with all amenities and facilities within a compound wall. In that also they claim that it retains the TGS hallmark of charging the customer at least 40 percent lesser than the market prices. The land plots come in varied sizes like 30/40, 40/50 feet and other odd dimensions too.

The most important part as remarked by the spokesmen is that they have a robust construction team with top notch experts and award winning professionals whose expertise they claim brings down the prices of their apartments and layout plots drastically.

Notwithstanding the good job TGS Construction is doing there has to be some kind of transparency that will facilitate not only the existing customers in resolving their complaints, grievances and concerns, but the prospective customers will also be able to take a more informed decision.

    TGS construction are well developed builders in Bangalore.I booked a flat in TGS Singapore at Bellandur.I came to know TGS through browsing and I approached them and I booked a 2bhk flat.

    Last week i saw the advertisement in HSR Layout .Later i visited the TGS company and met the one sales person he explained few projects its very nice.Finally i booked a flat in TGS GENEVA project at Hosa Road.

    One day I saw TGS add about projects in HSR Lay out. Later I visited their office and met one of their sales member he guided me about the project .I booked one flat in TGS London in HSR lay out.They gave me the approval documents and lawyer verification papers.

    Me and my husband visited TGS Silicon Valley a few days back, and I must say, i loved the layout of 3 BHK 1795 sqft house. However, as I want to share the details with my family so that we can actually take this discussion forward, I asked the team so many times to send me the floor plan for the mentioned 3BHK house, but to no avail. This is somehow promoting distrust in the company’s project. How can I think of investing money in it if they are not even sharing a simple 2D/3D floor plan?
    Also, does any one have any reviews/experience to share regarding TGS Silicon valley? Are these builders trustworthy?

      Yes, they are selling sites of different dimensions in Devanahalli in TGS Vaishnavi project. 5 months before I brought a site in TGS Saraswathi and I got good discount and coupons also. But now I don’t the current price range. But you will be get a best price.

        You can buy there is no documentation issues. After paying some partial booking amount they will give you the MOU. and you can verify with you lawyer. So there is hides in the deal. So you can buy without any doubt.

      Hi Dhananjay, it is a best decision of buying in TGS Milan poroject. Milan project’s construction is begun. So if you book a flat then very soon you will get possession.

    Hi i am Tharun,last saturday i went by TGS construtions ,Sales individuals are guided me great way,after i choose to book a level in TGS Switzerland Project at Indira Nagar.TGS Made my fantasy less demanding and less complex. Much obliged to you TGS for making my fantasy of purchasing a level in Bangalore for such pleasant cost in great area.
