Website : Click Here 24 Responses BBK April 24, 2017 Hi all even i am confused whether Transcity developers is a good company whether it is worth believing it or not …I had booked 30×40 Site at Transcity GCC in 2014 .Even lot of oppositions from relatives and friends ..They informed that site will get registered by year ..But still now no body is responding properly and also i paid around 1,35,000 as initial amount ..Now i am in dilemma whether site will get registered or not …When i visited the location last week the land is in the same position as i saw 3 years before ….Suggest your thoughts as how to proceed and what action to be taken Reply Deepak June 10, 2017 Hi, Same here. I’ve booked two plots paying 4 lakhs and yet to hear anything. They keep telling its getting ready but not a single work is done. I have booked in 2014 and they were to handover in a year. I heard there was fraud done by their employees. I’m thinking of approaching police and lodge a complaint. They had told they will do registration with 6 months . Believing them I had paid 35% of the amount. Now no office bearers are responding. When i call to GM Shashikala they will tell madam is busy and cannot attend calls . ( i am having phone call recordings with me which i have called her 76 times in 18 months )They are only bothered about new customers and want to collect 35% of money, Their GM( Shashikala) is good in speaking and collecting the initial payment. Later when we call here she gives to her support staff who don’t know how to speak and transfer the phone to some number who never takes the call please check before investing with them.its purely a cheating Real estate company in blore Reply Aruna June 11, 2016 I fully agree with you srinivas – We have the same experience with Shashikala and Team at Transcity – It is really unfortunate that we have invested our money into this project, and we are not sure if they are being realistic. Shashikala uses flowery language to impress people to invest and then washes off her hand. It has been more than 4 years now and till date we have not got any response from them. They are cheating the public and I request people not to invest in any of their projects. I want to bring this to media and warn them of the consequences.
