Before buying almost all builders acts and reacts with good manner. After getting the flat if you face any issues, then also they will resolve nicely along with the high charges. Srinivas January 6, 2016 VKC is not a good realtor. When I went to their office I have many doubts. And I inquired some of their customers and given negative feedback. And some people warned me to don’t book. Reply Fraud Chourasia January 11, 2016 It is a good decision. Better deal with Professional/Tier 1 builders. They may be bit expensive but worth the money and for sure you will not be short changed. Infact in the given market, rental makes more sense than buying. Another recession is on the cards. Already prices are correcting in the real estate. Lot of developers are giving discounts. Will not be surprised if prices correct by 15-20% from these levels as return on investment (rentals) is just 3-4% with the current prices. And get the feedback from their existing customers, then you will come to know. Reply Anil November 10, 2015 be careful when you are dealing with Mr KUTTY,who till you select a flat and even not yet decided but Kutty will say please pay 2 lacs and later on if you want to cancel the booking,Kutty will change his colours and say read what is written on the form.For collecting the money,Kutty will depute his executives to travel 15-20 KM.In Chaursia manor-2 project behind Cisco office has deficiency in GPA -The both the GPA holders have not signed on the documents and at a later stage some complications may come(Please talk to your legal advisors on this issue and some more faults in the documents-Do not know how SBI has approved.Once again BE CAREFULL OF MR KUTTY.think TEN times before you pay. Reply Fraud Chourasia December 3, 2015 I completely agree with this view. I have gone through the similar pains. These guys, VKC, Adesh, Kutty, Mohan are big time frauds. No professionalism. Once you pay the money, they change the colors. Even they give you free flat, it is not worth. All their projects are third grade or in legal soup. Signature is going on from last 5 years. Heaven in Indiranagar looks more like hell and Manor Phase 1, like a urban slum. Manor Phase 2, they launched in 2011, still not completed and big time deviations in their projects. Reply Preethi June 22, 2015 I booked a flat in in Chourasia Manor Phase 2 apartment, everything is crystal-clear till now, I verified the documents and agreements, they are very clear and many points which in agreements are in very favour to the VKC developers. After watching the project location i had decided to go with VKC developers. But when its came to time or home loan it can’t be passed. Later came to know that many of the bank banned the proposal those are coming from VKC developers home loan department. After talking and visit to them i really satisfied with their layouts and proposal. Now i am staying in 2BHK with my family near Sarjapura road. From my point of view you can blindly spend your money and faith on VKC developers. I am searching a 3 BHK apartment with affordable cost price. One my friend suggested me to go for VKC Developers is building some apartment nearby Sarjapur Road. Please share some information about it. Even they had not started the construction of the building but still they are demanding for one lack as booking amount. I want to know when they will start the construction for it.
